Your tasks

Your Mission at CCS No two days are the same in this role. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that we successfully implement our software solutions at customers and that our customers receive excellent service! For these complex system implementations and integration projects, we are looking for a highly experienced project manager. You will get to know the insurance industry and help customers. You won't do this alone: you will work together with enthusiastic colleagues in a project team.

Benefits for the applicant As a project manager, you will receive a lot of responsibility, help customers, and achieve great results together with your project team. You can work partly from home, partly at our office in Woerden, and at various customers in the Netherlands. Working temporarily from abroad is also possible thanks to our workation scheme (maximum 30 consecutive days per year).

An example of your workday Starting up: At the beginning of your workday, you have a daily start with both colleagues and project team members from the customer. In this, you discuss progress, results, and any requests for assistance.

After the daily start: First, you take some time with one of the consultants following the daily start. You coach and guide the consultant and assist them with a request for help. Next, you get to work on drafting the progress report. With this, you ensure proactive and transparent reporting about the project to the customer. The steering group with the customer is next week; today, you prepare for this steering group together with the delivery manager. What are the most important points for the customer and for CCS, and how do we approach them?

After lunch: You check a few tickets regarding progress on the planboard, checking their coherence with the planning. Next, you go to the working session with the CCS project management guild. Here, you work on tickets to further improve the CCS Prince2Agile project methodology. After this, you have an appointment with your colleague from sales to coordinate a possible follow-up project at the customer.
