Architect Project

1.Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and construction documents. 2.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams. 3.Liaise with government authorities to obtain project approvals, permits, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. 4.Attend project meetings and conduct site visits to monitor project progress. 5.Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. 6.Support project planning, documentation, and technical coordination throughout the project lifecycle. 7.Communicate effectively with local and international stakeholders in English.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
2. At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
3. Experience coordinating with government authorities for permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
4. Good knowledge of Thai building codes and construction regulations.
5. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software.
6. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
7. Good command of spoken and written English.
8. Licensed Architect (preferred).
