International Logistics Senior Supervisor

1. Supervise and control International Logistics operations for the export of Automotive Parts to foreign countries.
2. Plan and coordinate product exports to align with delivery plans and customer requirements.
3. Oversee Export processes and operations within the Free Zone to ensure compliance with customs regulations, laws, and relevant rules.
4. Verify and control export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instruction, Bill of Lading, and documents related to customs formalities.
5. Coordinate with Freight Forwarder, Shipping Line, Customs Broker, Transporter, as well as relevant internal and external agencies to ensure deliveries follow the plan.
6. Track shipment status ETD/ETA and Delivery Schedule, while analyzing and resolving problems that may impact product delivery.
7. Control and monitor the import–export and movement of goods within the Free Zone, including ensuring that all related data and documents are accurate and traceable.
8. Control and monitor international transportation costs, while analyzing and proposing ways to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
9. Supervise, assign tasks, and monitor the performance of the team, while coordinating with Warehouse, Planning, Operations, and other relevant departments.
10. Prepare reports and track KPIs, including supporting Audits and the continuous improvement of International Logistics processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or other related fields. At least 5 years of experience in International Logistics, Export, Customs, or Free Zone. Experience at Supervisor / Senior Supervisor level or experience in supervising and controlling a team. Experience in Automotive Logistics or Automotive Parts Export will be given special consideration. Knowledge and experience in Free Zone and customs formalities. Understanding of export processes, international transportation, and Shipping Documentation. Ability to coordinate effectively with Freight Forwarder, Shipping Line, Customs Broker, and transport service providers. Skills in planning, coordination, analysis, and problem-solving, as well as team management. Ability to use English for communication and for preparing work-related documents. Ability to communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
