Bonded Zone Inventory & Customs Compliance Specialist

1. Bonded Inventory Management

Prepare and control bonded inventory accounts, including KD parts and spare parts. Verify the accuracy of Receiving / Issuing / Inventory data. Ensure that physical goods, system data, and customs account data are synchronized. Perform daily stock inspections and reconciliations. Prepare and follow up on complete monthly physical stock counts.

1. Customs Compliance

Operate customs processes in compliance with Thai laws and regulations. Oversee the process of importing–exporting goods in/out of the Free Zone, transfers, and account write-offs. Verify documents and information related to import–export. Coordinate with the Customs Department and relevant agencies. Support audits from customs authorities, including annual physical counts and account write-offs. Maintain documents and data to ensure traceability.

1. Borrow & Transfer Control

Control the process of borrowing and transferring goods (Borrow / Transfer). Establish approval systems, registration, and follow up on product returns. Track overdue returns and transfer items to ensure they comply with specified timeframes. Prevent errors in customs declarations and discrepancies between Stock and accounts.

1. Inventory Variance & Risk Management

Inspect and analyze differences between physical goods and system/customs account data. Prepare Stock Variance / Missing Parts / Loading Blocked reports. Prepare Daily Missing Parts Reports to support exports. Analyze causes of Stock Difference and implement corrective actions. Follow up on Corrective Actions from relevant departments until issues are resolved.

1. SOP & Training

Prepare and update SOPs for bonded inventory management and Inventory Control. Develop operational guidelines for Customs Compliance. Provide guidance and training to Receiving, Warehouse, Packaging, and Shipping staff. Promote compliance with established rules and procedures among employees.

1. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily/monthly Inventory and Customs Compliance reports. Provide data support for departmental performance analysis. Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Planning, Packaging, Shipping, Finance, and Customs departments. Coordinate with Shipping companies / Freight Forwarders and other relevant external agencies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Customs Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in Bonded Warehouse / Bonded Zone / Customs / Import-Export / Inventory Control. Experience in managing bonded inventory accounts or special customs controlled areas. Experience in the Automotive / KD Parts / Spare Parts industry will be specially considered. Experience working in Thailand with knowledge of Thai Customs / BOI / IEAT processes will be specially considered. Knowledge of Bonded Goods, Customs Compliance, Customs Declaration, and Customs Account Write-off. Ability to analyze and resolve Stock Variance / Physical Stock Difference issues. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially in data management and analysis. Experience using WMS / ERP / Customs System. Experience using KD-Online systems or systems related to the Automotive Export business will be specially considered. Skills in Data Cleaning and Report Preparation. Chinese or English: Must be able to use at least 1 language. Proficiency in Chinese will be specially considered.
