Production Team Leader
Provide direction to the shop floor and help build a future-proof production organization. The Carlisle production site in Kampen is on the threshold of a new phase. Production is being reorganized and leadership on the shop floor is receiving a strong boost. As Production Team Leader, you will play a key role in this.
The role Together with a fellow team leader, you are responsible for the daily management of approximately 60 employees within an international production environment. In your shift (morning or evening), you ensure safe, efficient, and qualitative production. You manage based on SQDC objectives, optimize the deployment of people and machines, and intervene during disruptions. Additionally, you keep the skill-matrix up to date and actively contribute to team development.
What will you do? Daily management of production and monitoring safety, quality, and progress
Monitoring and improving performance according to SQDC
Coaching and developing employees; conducting development and absenteeism interviews
Stimulating employability and rotation within the team
Contributing to the professionalization of the production organization and the implementation of the Carlisle Operating System
You work closely with the Operationeel Manager, Procesengineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning and report to the Operationeel Manager.
You are a practical and coaching leader who brings structure and clarity. You switch quickly during malfunctions or personnel shortages and maintain an overview even under pressure, with a lasting focus on safety and quality.
What do you bring? MBO 4 working and thinking level, preferably technical
Leadership experience in a production environment
Willingness to work in 2-shift service
Good command of the Dutch and English languages

What do we offer? Salary between € 3.600 and € 4.500 gross per month (excl. shift allowance)

Annual salary approximately € 50.250 – € 62.800 gross (incl. holiday pay and 13th month, excl. shift allowance)
