JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Issue and provide COC to the customers.
- Handle 8D reports arising from the customers complaint.
- Handle the company ISO 9001-2015 system.
- Manage and ensure good quality products from the factory.
REQUIREMENT :
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering
- Prefer minimum 2 years working experience in electronic industry.
- Proactive and great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Good customer service skills.
