A leading management and supervision company in the construction field is looking for a Project and Safety Manager for a significant role that combines leading complex projects alongside a direct influence on the safety culture at construction sites.

What will you do in this role?

• Management and accompaniment of construction projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Leading planning, execution, budget, schedules, and quality control.
• Working with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Managing and leading the safety field at the project sites under the company's responsibility.
• Conducting tours, safety audits, and field controls.
• Accompanying project managers and contractors in the implementation of safety procedures and compliance with legal requirements.
• Risk identification, promoting solutions, and continuous improvement of the work environment on-site.

What are we looking for?

• At least two years of experience in managing or leading construction projects.
• High level of English.
• Ability to manage many interfaces and lead processes.
• Proactive approach, independence, and the ability to drive various parties.
• Civil Engineer or Civil Engineering Technician – significant advantage.
• Valid certification as a Safety Supervisor – advantage.
• Industry training in construction – advantage.
