Job Description: As a Facilities Manager, you are responsible for coordinating and managing the human and financial resources of Facilities services.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating and managing the human and financial resources of on-site Facilities services Design and management of maintenance programs Budget management Management of Soft providers: fumigation, gardening, and cleaning Generation of purchase orders, work orders, and maintenance orders
Requirements:
5 years of experience Education: Completed Engineering degree Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm, with availability to work outside of business hours and weekends Ease of transportation We offer:
