Your tasks

• This position is part of the Facilities Management functional area, which encompasses all operational aspects responsible for the administration and correct functioning of Facilities Management services.

• What are the functions? Leadership of critical infrastructure operations, compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA), and budget management. Planning and supervision of leaders in charge of maintenance for critical equipment installations at client facilities. In charge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Direct reporting of a team of 5 leaders. Others may be added.

Requirements

• Our requirements are: Professional studies in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering. More than 5 years of experience in similar roles with proven Leadership in critical infrastructure operations. Advanced Microsoft Office package management. Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at a global level.

• Key competencies: Leadership and Team Development. Excellent interpersonal and communication relationships. Strategic planning and execution skills. Autonomous effective performance in dynamic and mission-critical environments, such as data centers.

• Minimum education: University
• 5 years of experience
