Your tasks
Job Description: As a Facilities Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and managing the daily operation activities of the department.
Responsibilities include o Supervising the daily operation of buildings and infrastructure.
o Ensuring the correct functioning of critical systems o Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance.
o Supervising providers of: Cleaning, security, maintenance, and specialized services.
o Validating contract compliance and service levels (SLA).
o Following up on work orders.
o Controlling inventory of spare parts and tools.
o Ensuring compliance with: Safety standards, civil protection, environmental regulations.
o Coordinating drills and emergency plans.
o Control and monitoring of the operating budget (OPEX).
o Attending to requirements from building users.
o Resolving incidents related to infrastructure.
Requirements
Engineering degree completed in one of the following areas Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance, or provider coordination, preferably in an industrial environment. English: intermediate reading - writing
