- Ensure the overall safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the building.
- Provide exceptional service and support to tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of housekeeping and security staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and manage parking facilities to ensure smooth operations and tenant convenience.
- Act as the primary liaison between tenants, building management, and external contractors.
- Plan and implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures within the building.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and equipment to ensure functionality and cleanliness.
- Prepare and maintain facilities for tenant use, including meeting rooms, common spaces, and event areas.
- Educate and guide tenants on building policies, especially safety and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with the safety and occupational health team to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
- Continuously seek feedback from tenants to improve service quality and satisfaction.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any related fields. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building management, with a strong emphasis on tenant, purchasing or customer service. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; service-minded with a professional demeanor. Proven experience in managing building operations, including coordination with contractors and supervision of support staff. Able to work 6 days per week and handle flexible schedules when needed. Proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication with tenants and contractors. Strong computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel); familiarity with building management systems is a plus. Knowledge of safety standards and emergency response planning is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills.
