Technician with an interest in advanced technology for their customer within pharmaceuticals

• Technical education at university level or equivalent work experience
• Broad technical competence within, for example, mekatronik, electronics, automation, analysutrustning
• Experience in technical service
• Good understanding of English in speech and writing
• It is meritorious if you have experience within the Life Science industry

SHORT ABOUT THE POSITION

Part of the challenges that await are service and maintenance of technically advanced equipment used within modern pharmaceutical research and laboratory environments. We have a great responsibility as our customer follows regulatory requirements, and it is you the business turns to for support, but also for assistance with, for example, new investments and adaptations.

Main tasks:

• Act as First Line Support for, among other things, automatiserad steriliseringsutrustning
• Plan and perform preventive and emergency maintenance, reconstruction, and adaptation of equipment in a regulated environment
• New installation with supplier, as well as logging and following up on work in SAP
• Ensure the best possible service quality and professional customer dialogue.
• Plan and participate in decisions regarding service levels based on the business's needs
• Provide technical advice in connection with the purchase of laboratory equipment
• Responsible for contact with external service providers
