To our competent technical and soft service team, we are now seeking a team leader with technical knowledge who will drive our customer's industrial facility in Falun. You will work in an industrial production environment where customer engagement and service are an essential part of the daily work. SHORT ABOUT THE POSITION

We offer varied work where you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the technical infrastructure in the customer's critical environments as well as the operation of the reception. In your role, you have a large network, both with the customer, suppliers, and internally. Your days include planning for service and maintenance and driving smaller projects towards the customer.

You will also work strategically in various matters such as, for example, through the development of job descriptions, work routines, and work processes. It is also important that in your role you ensure that the task is performed according to developed processes and routines in accordance with CBRE's environmental, health, and safety policy, as well as ensuring that the work meets all regulatory requirements, local requirements, quality standards, sustainability, and energy efficiency.

In the role, you work as a maintenance technician with personnel responsibility for three employees. Therefore, a large part of your responsibility is to work technically and with your staff, partly to have the right organization for the assignment but also to develop your staff.

You play an important role in continuously improving the delivery of the assignment by receiving feedback from staff, technicians, production managers, engineers, production planners, as well as internal and external customers.

We are looking for you who have:

• Technical education at university level or equivalent work experience
• Approx. 5 years of leadership experience
• Technical competence within control & regulation, vent, and UPS
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
• English skills in speech and writing.
• Driver's license
