INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ANALYST
Perform support activities for the Quality Management System, involving identification and analysis of deficiencies in the production process and quality system, analysis of standards, preparation and execution of training, preparation and revision of documentation, performance of product, process, and system audits, and other activities that contribute to the improvement of processes, information systems, and the quality of the company's products.
Responsibilities and assignments o Implement a project focused on the coding and preparation of documents, aligned with the needs of the organization o Bring new technologies and research for improvements in the systemic documentation process in search of document automation o Perform mapping and development of process maps together with the manufacturing area, defining documentary standards o Elaborate internal procedures and instructions based on national and international literature; o Conduct audits according to the implementation of improvement processes. o Monitor areas in the preparation of project schedules and corrective actions. o Coordinate improvement groups for factory problems, using quality tools; o Provide support to manufacturing, assisting with measurement systems, Quality documents, basic training, implementation of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and MSA (Measurement System Analysis) concepts; o Perform the integration of new employees, presenting themes related to quality, so that they are aware of the importance of complying with standards and requirements for the satisfaction of internal and external customers. o Executes activities and acts autonomously, based on the knowledge and experiences acquired throughout the career, and makes decisions endorsed by the Quality Supervisor.
Requirements and qualifications Minimum education level: Completed Higher Education in Engineering, Quality Management, or related areas Desirable education level: Post-graduation Technical Competencies: Advanced English, advanced Office Package, Green Belt, Reading and interpretation of technical drawing, Quality Tools, Statistical Process Control, MSA, ISO 9001 LEAD AUDITOR and D/PFMEA Desirable Competencies: Black Belt Behavioral Competencies: Teamwork, creativity, self-motivation, leadership, effective communication, interpersonal relationships, and negotiation skills Reside near ABCDMR
