Job Description:
- Member of the Ashkelon industrial site management and part of the site management in a senior managerial role
- Leading all engineering fields at the site, including automation, control, electricity, and energy
- Overall responsibility for the planning, development, maintenance, and improvement of production systems and site infrastructure
- Leading engineering projects in collaboration with the organization's headquarters engineering, while promoting continuous improvement processes and operational performance enhancement
- Responsibility for the availability, reliability, and operational continuity of production systems and infrastructure
- Managing and leading multi-disciplinary professional teams and working across multiple interfaces with production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, EHS, and headquarters personnel
- Implementing advanced engineering technologies and automation solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, and sustainability
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory
- At least 10 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, automation, or technical management roles in a process industry
- Proven managerial experience in leading multi-disciplinary technical teams
- Experience in managing and leading complex engineering projects and implementing new technologies
- Significant knowledge and experience in the fields of automation, control, PLC, SCADA, and OT
- Very high level of English
