Logistics and Supply Chain Manager

Want to lead an advanced logistics unit in one of the most advanced manufacturing environments in Israel? CBC ISRAEL, which manufactures and markets the brands Coca-Cola, Navia, Prigat, Terra, and more, is recruiting a Logistics and Supply Chain Manager for Ashkelon.

A taste of the role:

• Overall management of the warehouse and logistics unit at a large and advanced manufacturing site.
• End-to-end responsibility for receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory management processes.
• Leading raw material warehouses, packaging, technical warehouse, and finished goods warehouse.
• Management of teams and managers, building work routines, and leading operational excellence.
• Working in an advanced technological environment that includes automated warehouses and advanced logistics systems.
• Leading improvement, efficiency, and control processes using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Responsibility for inventory planning, supply continuity, and meeting service targets.
• Managing multiple interfaces with production, maintenance, engineering, and the supply chain.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics, or a relevant field – Mandatory.
• 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management at a large manufacturing industrial site – Mandatory.
• Experience working with automation systems, EWM, and ERP systems – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managers.
• Deep understanding of supply chain, inventory, and logistics processes.
• High level of English.
• Systems thinking, leadership ability, decision-making, and the ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment.
