- Proven experience in managing a large industrial site – Required
- Significant experience in managing production, operations, maintenance, engineering, quality, and logistics – Required
- Experience in the food and beverage industry – Significant advantage
- Experience in leading establishment, expansion, or operational transformation – Significant advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Industrial Engineering and Management or a relevant field – Required
