Procurement Performance Analyst PL - Supply Chain

Responsibilities and attributions

• Responsible for acting strategically in supporting the performance of client areas through data analysis, identification of improvement opportunities, and implementation of solutions that promote gains in productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence;
• Development of automated dashboards for real-time monitoring of processes, aiming to facilitate decision-making in conjunction with client areas;
• Lead, implement, and conduct projects focused on technological innovation, driving improvements and agendas to ensure that demands and projects advance efficiently and smoothly;
• Constant prospecting of new technologies in the market for application in daily processes, aiming for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements and qualifications

MANDATORY:

• Completed degree in engineering, administration, or related fields;
• Analytical capacity;
• Good communication and articulation skills;
• Ease of working with cross-functional teams;
• Ability to navigate and influence at various hierarchical levels;
• Experience with building dashboards and KPIs;
• Solid knowledge in infrastructure and data modeling to facilitate communication with technical teams and translate databases into dashboards;
• Advanced Excel;
• Intermediate Power BI (Power Query and DAX);
• Intermediate English; Intermediate Power Point;
• Data Analysis;
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in Performance areas.

DESIRABLE:

• Proven experience in data, including BIs, Analytics, and artificial intelligence;
• SQL;
• Python;
• UX.
