Organizational Development Intern — CAYLA (Trujillo)

At CAYLA, we build teams, we don't just sell clothes. We are looking for an intern who wants to learn how a high-performance team is built from the inside — with real responsibilities from day one.

Main functions

• Recruitment and selection: posting vacancies, filtering CVs, coordinating interviews
• Induction and CAYLA Sombra Program for new members
• Organization of learning cycles and training sessions
• Support in performance evaluations and employee follow-up
• Updating indicators, databases, and area reports
• Documentation and process improvement, and participation in projects that raise the team management standard

Profile we are looking for

• Student in final cycles of Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related careers — no previous experience required
• Resides in Trujillo or has availability for on-site work
• Good oral and written communication, organization, and proficiency in Office/Google Workspace (Excel is a plus)

Workload: 30 to 48 hours per week, depending on whether you apply as a pre-professional or professional intern.
