We caverit work for the sake of functioning life with passion and pride. We are now looking for an HVAC Project Manager to join our team in a permanent position in the capital region.
Your tasks
Your Task In this role, you will be responsible for achieving the technical, financial, and temporal goals of HVAC projects. Your tasks include developing customer relationships as well as supervisory duties for your own installation team. The sites include new construction and renovation projects, commercial and office premises, and DC projects. The most important stakeholders are customers, colleagues, supervisors, designers, and installers.
Requirements
As an organized person, you are able to keep things under control even in tight situations and can manage rapidly changing circumstances. You enjoy providing high-quality customer service and close cooperation with clients. The job description will be specified based on your interests and expertise.
You will certainly thrive at Caverion if you have
- Education as an HVAC engineer, Master of Science in Engineering, or technician
- At least three years of work experience in a similar role and supervisory duties
- Ability to communicate in English
- Readiness for travel work
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- The ability to inspire others as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working
KVV and IV site management qualifications are considered an advantage. We also value experience in data center projects, industrial projects, or commercial and office construction.
