M&E Coordinator

Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings; Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works; Supervise the progress of M&E works on site; Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule. Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines Conduct in detailed, M&E coordination with all specialist contractors Carry out testing and commission of M&E work; Execute mechanical and electrical works in construction Supervise day-to-day site works and manage sub-con/in progress production planning & build. Handle the project supervision and documentation Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress Job Requirements: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 5 years of working experiences in main-con, preferably in HDB projects
