Field Sales Executive – Heavy Equipment Rental
About the role This is a field-based sales role suited to someone who would rather be out meeting clients on site than working from a desk. You will manage your own accounts end to end, from the first site visit through to the signed rental contract and payment collected. Your earnings are tied directly to the business you generate, and commission is uncapped. You will report to Senior Management, and office attendance is limited to a weekly team meeting — you manage your own schedule for the remainder of the week. A degree is not required. We are looking for someone who can build rapport on an active worksite, follow through reliably on commitments, and is willing to learn the equipment. Full product training is provided.
What you will be doing Visiting client project sites and offices across Singapore to promote our equipment rental fleet. Managing the full sales cycle — prospecting, quoting, negotiating and closing rental contracts. Coordinating with the Operations team to ensure equipment reaches client sites on time and in good condition. Following up with clients on invoicing and collections to ensure accounts are settled within agreed terms. Reporting directly to Senior Management on pipeline status and deal progress. Submitting daily updates and a weekly report to management.
What we are looking for A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage anyone from a site foreman to a company director. Willingness to develop a working technical knowledge of machinery. Full product training is provided. A valid Class 3 driving license. Willing and able to travel to client sites across Singapore on a daily basis. Legally authorised to work in Singapore, or eligible for a work pass we can sponsor. ITE and polytechnic graduates and career switchers are welcome to apply. No degree or prior heavy equipment experience is required.
What we offer Basic salary of $2,500 – $3,500, with uncapped commission on every contract closed. Considerable autonomy over how you structure your week, with office attendance limited to the weekly meeting. A direct reporting line to Senior Management, and genuine visibility for strong performance. Full training on our equipment range and the rental business. Transport allowance, or use of a company vehicle where available. A clear progression path into senior sales and account management.
Transport: Having your own vehicle is an advantage but is not a requirement. We are open to discussing alternative arrangements with the right candidate.
