We are looking for confident, energetic and motivated individuals to join our growing team! You will be reaching out to SME business owners to introduce our range of business solutions, including business financing, accounting, corporate secretarial services and other SME solutions .
💼 Your Responsibilities
- 📞 Make outbound calls to SME business owners
- 💬 Introduce our products and services clearly and professionally
- 🔍 Understand clients’ business needs and requirements
- 📋 Identify suitable solutions based on their needs
- 📅 Generate leads and arrange appointments for our consultants
- 🔄 Follow up with prospective clients
- 🎯 Work towards individual and team targets
- 📝 Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage
