  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior commercial role in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Experience in managing buying budgets, inventory, and commercial planning.
  • High analytical ability and deep business understanding.
  • High proficiency in Excel and ERP and BI systems – an advantage.
  • Experience in team management and leading cross-organizational processes.
