Talent Acquisition Specialist, APAC
About the company
We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team to help shape the future of living — one thoughtful detail at a time.
Built for Real Life, Designed for What’s Next At Castlery, we’ve spent over a decade building a brand people love by designing furniture for real life — durable, beautiful, and made to keep up with change.
Now, we’re focused on what’s next: scaling with care, crafting better experiences, and growing a team that’s as intentional as our design philosophy.
If you believe that good homes create good lives, come build with us.
Your tasks
We’re building a team that helps Castlery grow with the right people, in the right roles, at the right time. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping our teams across APAC while creating a thoughtful candidate experience from first conversation to offer.
What you’ll be doing
- Own end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles and markets, from intake and sourcing through to interviews, offer management and closing.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, challenge and refine briefs, and build practical hiring plans against agreed timelines.
- Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, job platforms and creative outreach strategies.
- Deliver a positive, well-managed candidate experience that reflects Castlery’s culture and standards.
- Use recruitment data to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks and improve time-to-hire, conversion and offer acceptance.
- Share market insights and hiring updates that help stakeholders make informed decisions.
- Contribute to employer-branding and talent-attraction initiatives that strengthen Castlery’s presence in the market.
- Take ownership of projects that improve how we hire as Castlery continues to grow.
