Castle Access Panels & Forms Inc., an established manufacturer and supplier of specialty architectural and construction products serving the North American market, is seeking an ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

We?re looking for a confident, enthusiastic salesperson who excels on the telephone, enjoys cold calling, and understands the construction or building materials industry.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Starting Pay: $23 per hour.

Sales Commission: 5%?10% on a sliding scale based on performance.

New Sales: Earn commissions on sales generated from new customers.

Repeat Sales: Continue earning commissions on qualifying repeat orders and ongoing sales, according to the company?s commission structure.

Earning Potential: Grow your commission earnings as your sales increase.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound telephone calls and cold calling.

Identify and connect with contractors, distributors, and construction industry professionals.

Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and potential business opportunities.

Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally by telephone and email.

Prepare sales quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Identify potential customers and expand the company?s market presence.

Consistently work toward achieving sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.

Strong telephone communication and cold-calling skills are essential.

Previous experience in construction, building materials, or construction-related sales is required.

Confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and results-oriented.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Proficient with computers, email, and standard office software.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Compensation: $23/hour plus performance-based commission of 5%?10%.
