An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful Customer Sales Team within a fast-paced office environment. You'll manage a portfolio of customers within the Contract Catering sector, delivering excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare quotations and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and system information.
- Manage back orders and communicate updates to customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Work towards agreed KPIs and sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Support wider sales teams with tenders, product sourcing and matching.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
About You
- Previous customer service or sales experience.
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
- Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
- Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
- Positive, proactive and commercially minded.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience within catering equipment or a related industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
