What you'll do Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap

Translate business goals into clear priorities and measurable outcomes (OKRs)

Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to deliver on time and with quality

Lead and mentor Product Owners/Managers and set the standard for how we build

Use data and user insights to guide decisions on what to build, improve, or stop

Make trade-off calls between scope, timeline, technical debt, and business impact

Report product performance and progress to leadership

What we're looking for

8+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading products and/or people

Proven experience taking a software product from strategy to launch and growth

Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle and Agile ways of working

Data-driven mindset: comfortable with product analytics, KPIs, and experimentation

Ability to work with engineering leadership on feasibility, architecture trade-offs, and technical debt

Excellent stakeholder management and communication at executive level

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus)

Nice to have Experience in Tech

Experience building a product team from scratch or scaling one

Exposure to B2B/B2C/SaaS/marketplace models
