Featuring seven custom-designed, bird-themed sanctuaries—including three fully accessible suites—casAzu combines high-end Bauhaus architecture with frictionless care, specialized anti-inflammatory nutrition, and bilingual concierge support.

The Role

We are seeking an empathetic, bilingual professional with a nursing, medical, or clinical coordination background to serve as the face of casAzu and lead our Medical Tourism Expansion. You are hired by the owner to develop, launch, scale and manage our direct-booked All-Inclusive Healing Journeys. You will act as the personal confidant, coordinator, and aftercare guardian for international travelers during their healing journey. You will manage their stay from initial inquiry through post-op recovery, ensuring a 5-star experience. Key Responsibilities

• Network & Clinic Relations: set up B2B network; Liaise with surgeons, clinics, recovery nurses, and local specialists to ensure seamless patient handoffs.
• Manage

intake, daily check-ins, medication tracking protocols, and non-emergency aftercare coordination.

• Patient & Concierge Care: Act as the primary bilingual point of contact for guests.
• Revenue & Upselling: launch, sell and manage casAzu’s wellness menu and all-in Healing

Journeys (anti-inflammatory meal kits, lymphatic drainage, in-suite therapies)

• Operational Continuity: Coordinate with our in-house housekeeping and logistics team to

maintain flawless, hospital-grade cleanliness with a zero-hospital feel.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language: Fluent C1/C2 English and Native Spanish (Mandatory—you will communicate daily

with international patients and local medical teams).

• Background: Registered Nurse (Enfermera), General Practitioner, or experienced Medical

Tourism Facilitator / Clinical Coordinator.

• Mindset: High emotional intelligence, warm hospitality leadership, and strong problem-solving

skills under pressure.

• Business Acumen: Ability to manage booking tools, track guest recovery logs, and drive direct

sales pipeline growth.

Compensation Structure

• Base Salary: 3,500,000 COP / month.

• Performance Bonus Pool (up to 2,000,000 COP / month):

• B2B referals
• Achieving guest satisfaction metrics (5-star reviews & patient testimonials).

• Wellness add-on menu sales volume and margins.

• Growth of direct-booked All-Inclusive Healing Journeys toward our 80% occupancy

target.
