As a Tour and Travel Marketing Manager at Casa Wine, You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience and expanding our reach. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote travel packages and tours, ensuring Wine & Travel remains a preferred choice among travelers.

• Managing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.

• Coordinating and organizing travel itineraries, ensuring all aspects are meticulously planned and executed.

• Utilizing your strong communication skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and partners, fostering long-term relationships.

• Leveraging Your marketing expertise to create compelling content that showcases Wine & Travel unique offerings and promotes our brand effectively.

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about joining our team and have the following qualifications:

• A Diploma in a relevant field is required.
• Between 3-5 years of experience in customer service, marketing communications, sales, and marketing, and communication skills.
• Able to design unforgettable Itinerary journey for extraordinary travel experiences.
• Document Visa collecting for Visas in well Organized & Detail Oriented.
• Proficiency in English language is essential for effective communication and client interaction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for managing various tasks efficiently.

(Time Management & High Accuracy in task evolution)

• The ability to work independently and as part of a

team, contributing positively to the overall success of the organization. (Supervise Junior Operations team tasks & ensure timelines and service standards are met)
