General objective of the role/position Plan, coordinate, and monitor the technical activities necessary within all stages of each assigned housing development project, from its pre-feasibility to its closure or delivery. Responsibilities of the role/position Coordinate preliminary technical studies for each project when required. Build a preliminary construction budget to allow for the identification of its viability for possible subsequent execution. Select the technical designs required for the optimization and construction of each of the projects. Coordinate the technical designs of each project to be executed to achieve optimal construction processes and the alignment of each sub-contractor. Manage the budget and construction scheduling to optimize resources and achieve the fulfillment of what is proposed. Manage and coordinate the licenses and permits necessary for the correct development of the projects. Coordinate the selection and technical control of Contractors/suppliers for the correct planning and execution of the projects. Technical coordination of projects in execution to comply with what is stipulated in the designs during the construction process. Build technical project reports for Allies/Internal and external Clients in order to inform and monitor for progress decision-making. Perform the final closure of the project with a report to guarantee compliance in legal, budgetary, and recording of learning processes, among others. Coordinate the execution of projects from their initial stage of diagnosis, pre-feasibility, design, and construction of all designated projects.
Education Architect or Civil Engineer with a Specialization in projects or related fields. Technical knowledge and certifications Project management, direction, or coordination Intermediate to advanced handling of design programs necessary for the execution of works Software skills Microsoft Excel Level 1 Microsoft Project Level 1
