SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the company's entire supply chain, ensuring that raw materials, products, and information flow efficiently from suppliers to the final customer.

Responsibilities and assignments Manage and develop the entire supply chain, ensuring integration between Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, and customer service. Develop strategies for optimizing Supply Chain processes, aiming for productivity gains, cost reduction, and increased service levels. Lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, ensuring alignment between demand, production, and material availability. Manage inventories and indicators for coverage, turnover, obsolescence, and accuracy. Develop and monitor strategic suppliers, negotiating commercial conditions, deadlines, and service levels. Ensure the efficiency of logistical operations, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), establishing action plans for continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and innovation in the area's processes. Act in conjunction with the Commercial, Industrial, PCP, Finance, and Operations areas to ensure the fulfillment of corporate objectives. Manage the area's budget and strategic projects related to the supply chain. Lead, develop, and engage multidisciplinary teams.
