Sr Export Analyst
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all of the company's export operations, ensuring that products are sent abroad efficiently, within deadlines, and in compliance with legal requirements.
Responsibilities and duties Manage and monitor the entire export process, from order receipt to delivery of the goods to the customer abroad. Prepare, check, and control export documents, such as Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, and other required documents. Coordinate maritime, air, and road shipments, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines. Act in the relationship with international customers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and government agencies. Ensure process compliance with current customs, foreign exchange, and tax legislation. Monitor processes with Receita Federal, SISCOMEX, banks, and other intervening bodies. Perform quotations and negotiations for international freight, storage, and logistics services. Monitor area performance indicators, proposing improvements to export processes. Identify and mitigate operational risks related to foreign trade. Support internal and external audits, ensuring correct documentation of processes. Prepare management reports and analyses of logistical and operational costs. Provide technical support to the commercial, financial, logistics, and planning areas. Participate in continuous improvement projects and the implementation of new practices related to foreign trade. Ensure compliance with customer requirements and excellence in service levels.
Requirements and qualifications Completed Higher Education in Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais, Administração, Logística, or related fields. Solid experience in export and foreign trade. Advanced knowledge of Incoterms, customs legislation, and export processes. Experience with SISCOMEX, DU-E, certificates of origin, and international documentation. Intermediate to advanced English. Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems. Analytical profile, organized, and results-oriented. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
