Wind Turbine Inspector - Serra da Ibiapaba
We are looking for a Wind Turbine Inspector to act as the main technical link and focal point for wind turbines at our wind farm in Serra da Ibiapaba (CE). This professional will be the technical reference for the Plant Supervisor on all matters related to wind turbines. Their main mission will be to guarantee excellence in the execution of maintenance, optimizing the activity schedule and ensuring the maximum physical and technical availability of the equipment. This professional will be the bridge between the plant operation and the maintenance service provider (OEM VESTAS), ensuring that interventions occur with safety, quality, and within the established deadlines, always in total alignment with our technical, Integrity, and Ethics guidelines.Their main objectives are:
To guarantee the efficient and safe execution of wind turbine operation and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and the application of maintenance engineering best practices by the service provider company. Monitor and record all interventions performed. Contribute to the reliability and availability of the farm's assets. Support BOP maintenance (Substation, RMT, and LT).Responsibilities and dutiesTo closely monitor the operation and maintenance activities of the contracted company for wind turbine maintenance, providing support to the Management areas regarding compliance with obligations;Actively participate in wind turbine performance analyses and failure analyses, interfacing with the maintenance company to contribute to the reliability and availability of the farm's assets.Before the operational phase, monitor receiving activities, electromechanical assembly, commissioning, and wind turbine startup, assisting in the management of contracted quality companies to ensure the compliance of components and services provided during wind turbine assembly;Correctly fill out reports, records, meeting minutes, checklists, and any other documents related to the activities executed at the farm;Comply with and enforce all Environment and Occupational Safety requirements, as well as act in accordance with the company's internal policy and guidelines;Analyze and interpret wind farm monitoring systems (SCADAs); Support in BOP maintenance (Substation, RMT, and LT).
