Staf Housekeeping

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or cleaning services (experience in hotels, villas, or hostels is a plus).
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Attention to Detail: High standards of cleanliness and the ability to spot even the smallest issues in guest rooms or common areas.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor polishers), and proper sanitation protocols.
• Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure to ensure rooms are ready for check-in on time.
• Communication: Basic English skills are preferred to assist and interact with international guests.
• Attitude: Honest, disciplined, and proactive with a strong "guest-first" hospitality mindset.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Having a motorcycle and the ability to ride will be considered an advantage.
