Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions.

Assist in scheduling of appointments by coordinating and liaising with customers. 

Contact customers to respond to inquiries and follow up with existing customer cases.

Requirements Minimum Diploma holder.

Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role.

Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems.

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Meticulous and able to multi-task.
