Mid-Level Privacy and Data Protection Analyst

This is indispensable. We are looking for a Mid-Level Privacy and Data Protection Analyst to join our Privacy team. Here, you will have the opportunity to act directly in the evolution of Cartpanda's Privacy program, participating in both operational activities and the structuring of processes, controls, and tools for the area. We are looking for someone with practical experience in LGPD, an analytical profile, proactive, and with autonomy to conduct their activities. It is important to have ease in communicating with different areas, conducting interviews, understanding processes, and positioning oneself regarding situations related to privacy and data protection. We are also looking for someone with a hands-on profile, organized, and interested in contributing to the structuring and evolution of the area.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Act in responding to data subject requests, such as data access and deletion, analyzing each demand according to LGPD and internal procedures;
• Conduct the necessary procedures to fulfill requests, performing the records and returns to the data subjects;
• Perform and maintain the company's personal data mapping up to date;
• Assist in interviews with leaders and business areas to understand data processing flows and activities;
• Record and monitor data processing activities and respective procedures in the ROPA;
• Support business areas in demands related to privacy and data protection;
• Support the assessment of risks related to personal data processing;
• Contribute to the structuring and evolution of privacy processes, controls, and tools;
• Act in the use and evolution of Privacy Management tools / privacy and data protection management;
• Support the evolution of Cartpanda's privacy program, making controls and processes increasingly active and integrated into the operation.

Requirements and qualifications

What we expect from you:

• Proven professional experience in LGPD and personal data protection, acting in privacy programs, data subject requests, data mapping and processing activities, risk assessment, and support to business areas;
• Experience with Privacy Management tools or platforms;
• Good oral and written communication;
• Intermediate English, mainly for reading and writing.

It will be a differentiator:

• Knowledge or experience with GDPR;
• Experience in the technology, fintech, payment methods, or financial services segment;
• Experience in environments with a large volume of personal data or sensitive data;
• Degree in Law.
