Our client is at the head of a recently renovated high-end Domaine, which combines catering, accommodation, and events in a remarkable natural setting. Driven by strong growth, this venue welcomes a clientele of individuals and businesses seeking a refined, warm, and memorable experience. Here, hospitality is translated into attention paid to every moment of the stay or the event: the quality of the welcome, the care taken with the spaces, the fluidity of service, and those details that make people want to return. To take a new step forward, we are looking for an Operations Director M/F capable of combining service excellence, creativity, business development, and economic performance.

YOUR MISSIONS

Reporting to General Management, you will pilot the estate in all its dimensions:

• Deliver a high-end experience by coordinating catering, accommodation, and events, with constant attention paid to details and customer satisfaction.
• Develop the business by structuring prospecting, particularly with companies for seminars and events, and by cultivating a network of partners.
• Imagine new proposals to enrich the customer experience, enhance the various spaces, and strengthen the estate's reputation.
• Drive performance through the monitoring of turnover, margins, budgets, and management indicators.
• Unify the teams by organizing activities, schedules, and recruitment, in a spirit that is both demanding and benevolent.
• Oversee the management and enhancement of the estate, from its woods and meadows to its outdoor areas and pool area, by coordinating their maintenance and the necessary resources.
• Guarantee the quality and compliance of services in respect of the standards applicable to each activity.

You will benefit from the support of the directors and real latitude to propose, decide, and advance the venue.

YOUR PROFILE

You have proven experience in the Direction or management of a hotel, catering, or venue establishment, ideally within a site combining several activities. You master operational management, economic management, and the requirements of a high-end clientele. Your commercial sense allows you to create opportunities and develop lasting relationships. Your creativity helps you imagine experiences, evolve the offering, and reveal the full potential of the estate, without losing sight of its profitability. Autonomous and committed, you have a business owner mindset, a taste for the field, and an eye for detail. You know how to make decisions, lead your teams, and combine high standards, listening skills, and relational intelligence. You are comfortable with digital tools and open to the uses of artificial intelligence. Proficiency in English is required.
