About the company

This Head of Business Development- Tax role sits within a leading global accountancy firm and will play a key role in leading the firm wide go to market strategy for their leading tax team and provide insights on market and client trends in the core strategically important areas, alongside managing a high performing team.

Your tasks

The Head of Business Development- Tax will lead the high performing tax BD and marketing function through a proactive approach with a focus on driving collaboration across the firm with overall plans, BD activities and manage a high performing Business development team. You will ensure best practice and enhance the use of systems and procedures to sit in line with the overall firm strategy.

Requirements

The successful candidate for the role will have head of (or equivalent) level of experience across Business Development from the professional services sector and ideally exposure to tax.
