The Opportunity

We are looking for a person to lead the Research, Development, and Innovation (PD&I) squad, within the On Demand Services structure, being the main technical reference in the conception, validation, development, and evolution of innovative solutions.

The position will be responsible for technically directing the team, defining architectures, reviewing implementations, supporting high-complexity demands, and contributing to the evolution of the On Demand services portfolio, encompassing applications, integrations, automations, cloud solutions, artificial intelligence, and new technologies.

The role will also involve direct and consultative action with the Commercial area, supporting meetings with clients, identification of opportunities, feasibility assessment, scope construction, preparation of estimates, and technical defense of the proposed solutions.

We are looking for a person with high technical depth, business vision, and commercial dexterity, capable of connecting client needs to the solutions developed by the PD&I Squad.

Responsibilities and duties

• Be the main technical reference for the team, supporting professionals in resolving doubts, impediments, and higher complexity problems;
• Actively participate in the definition, development, and problem-solving of the squad's strategic and complex solutions;
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with quality, security, testing, and documentation standards;
• Support critical incidents, root cause analysis, and definition of corrective actions;
• Conduct technical refinements, architecture discussions, and feasibility assessments;
• Promote the technical development of the team through mentoring, feedback, technical sessions, and knowledge sharing;
• Evaluate new technologies, trends, and frameworks that may contribute to the evolution of the On Demand services portfolio;
• Propose, build, and validate proofs of concept for new solutions, offerings, and business opportunities;
• Contribute to meeting indicators for quality, deadline, productivity, cost, revenue, and customer satisfaction;
• Support the construction of technical and commercial proposals, including scope definition, effort estimation, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria;
• Support the technical defense of presented solutions, conveying security and credibility during the commercial process.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education;
• Knowledge in IA development and AWS cloud;
• Experience with team management;
• Experience conducting management rituals (1:1, feedbacks, evaluations);
• Good social skills (such as communication, influence, and facilitation);
• Intermediate English.
