ABM (Account-Based Marketing) Specialist

Opportunity We are looking for a professional to lead the implementation and management of the global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, acting together with the sales and marketing teams in all international units of SoftExpert.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Develop and implement the global ABM strategy;
• Identify and segment strategic target accounts in different markets;
• Create and coordinate personalized multichannel campaigns;
• Align strategies with regional sales teams;
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for ABM programs;
• Manage ABM tools and technologies;
• Lead ABM training initiatives for global teams.

Requirements and qualifications

• Solid experience in B2B Marketing;
• Solid experience with ABM;
• Advanced English (writing, reading, and conversation);
• Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM tools;
• Advanced knowledge in data analysis and ROI;
• Experience in international project management;
• Strategic thinking and a global business vision;
• Excellent intercultural communication skills;
• Strong results orientation;
• Ability to work with stakeholders at different levels;
• Analytical capacity and data interpretation.

You will differentiate yourself if you have:

• Intermediate Spanish;
• Experience in the technology/software sector;
• Certifications in ABM;
• Experience in managing multicultural teams.
