The Opportunity

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to act in the operational support of global event initiatives, Academy, and SoftExpert communication.

This position will play a fundamental role in monitoring schedules, executing operational activities, supporting communication actions, and organizing the area's processes, working in partnership with national and international teams.

We are looking for an organized, proactive person, attentive to details, and disciplined in activity management and follow-ups. We want someone with a desire to learn, develop autonomy, and build a growth trajectory within the Marketing area.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Support the communication operation of global events and Academy initiatives;
• Assist in the creation and updating of landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and communication materials;
• Support the relationship and monitoring of strategic partners and co-marketing actions;
• Monitor schedules, activities, and area deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met;
• Support the updating of marketing reports and indicators;
• Organize administrative routines related to the area's operations;
• Monitor demands with internal teams and global stakeholders;
• Perform follow-ups and ensure constant updating of activity status;
• Support initiatives related to in-person events, remote events, campaigns, and engagement actions;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the operational organization of the area.

Requirements and qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative activities, marketing, communication, or related areas;
• Organized profile with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously;
• Attention to detail and discipline in task execution;
• Good verbal and written communication;
• Ability for organization, prioritization, and monitoring of demands;
• Proactive profile with interest in continuous learning;
• Basic knowledge of English for reading and understanding requests;
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and tools for organization and activity control.

Differentials

• Previous experience with HubSpot;
• Experience with the creation and updating of landing pages;
