Carrefour is looking for its Technical Support and Expertise Department and is recruiting: Design Officer (M/F) Context: Carrefour Property, a subsidiary of the Carrefour Group, is responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing the Group's real estate portfolio. The Technical Department of Carrefour Property's mission is to create, expand, renovate, and fit out points of sale for the Group's various brands, but also to maintain and develop its real estate asset portfolio, ensuring the optimal use of investments and distribution costs, in compliance with regulations, safety and hygiene standards, and company rules. Your Missions: Maintain a database of plans within a predefined geographical perimeter. Preparation of layout plans for points of sale projects for the Group's brands (Carrefour Market, Supermarché Match, Supeco, Hypermarché Carrefour, etc.). Conduct feasibility studies for real estate projects (retail or mixed-use programs). Working in a pair with a construction project manager, ensure operational monitoring of renovation, restructuring, and extension projects for shopping centers. Creation of marketing plans, Specialty leasing plans, and shopping center unit plans. Integrate defined concepts, the furniture standard, and ERP regulations into the preparation of plans. Take future operating costs into account when creating project plans. Support internal teams (Promotion, Development Department, Asset management) in defining projects to be carried out and feasibility studies. Control architects and various external service providers by guaranteeing the proper execution of projects regarding these conceptual aspects, both in the study phase and the construction phase.
Profile: Holding a Bac +5/6 degree in architecture, urban planning, or interior architecture, you have proven experience in a design team (real estate or agency). You have perfect mastery of REVIT and AUTOCAD tools and sharp knowledge of the progression of real estate project studies.
Professional Skills: Thanks to your general culture in architecture and your knowledge of urban planning (ideally commercial), you are a true source of proposals to improve our processes and satisfy our customers. You master English to evolve in our environment.
Interpersonal Skills and Posture: Possessing very good interpersonal skills, you adapt to a plurality of internal and external interlocutors. You embody a representative role for Carrefour and the Technical Department France, guaranteeing the respect of commitments made with quality, reliability, and reactivity.
