For a service company, we are looking for a Inside Sales / Order Management Employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Personal and professional support of our customers, also in an international environment
• Competent processing of telephone and written customer inquiries
• Recording and processing of orders, including calculation and preparation of quotations
• Monitoring of order-related purchases as well as timely coordination of deliveries
• Creation of invoices and credit notes
• Maintenance and updating of master data

Requirements:

• A successfully completed commercial vocational training
• Professional experience in inside sales
• A good technical understanding for quotation and order processing
• Proficiency in MS-Office as well as good English skills (other languages such as Italian or Spanish are an advantage. – NOT A MUST)
• An independent, structured, and careful way of working
• High reliability and team spirit
