Executive Assistant (EA) / Senior level PA - Media Industry - West End, London – c£45k + benefits – 12m-18m FTC We have a fantastic opportunity for an incredibly organised, conscientious and discreet Senior level PA / Executive Assistant to join a fabulous company in the West End on an 12-18m FTC. As the Senior PA / Executive Assistant (EA) you will provide dedicated, high-level support to a Director, including extensive diary management, international travel arrangements, email management, event coordination, general administration and more. This is a fast-paced, international role that requires strong multi-tasking, a keen eye for detail and the ability to be two steps ahead; it would be ideal for someone who loves supporting at a senior level in a global environment. We’re looking for someone with prior experience as a PA / EA, ideally in the media industry, who is confidential, highly organised and is able to proactively problem-solve in an ever-changing environment.

Key responsibilities as the Senior PA / EA will include: General day-to-day support to the Director Managing international travel bookings, accommodation and itineraries Organising relevant visas and documentation as required Extensive diary management - managing conflicting and changing diaries and itineraries Coordinating in-person and online meetings across various time-zones Managing email inboxes Producing detailed reports and presentations Coordinating company events including online meetings, international conferences and more Collating expenses Maintaining team databases and systems And more.

What we’re looking for: Experience in fast-paced, international PA / EA roles, ideally in the media industry (or related fields) Excellent organisational skills and strong time-management capabilities Fast and accurate secretarial skills Strong experience in international travel and meeting arrangements Experience using Concur is highly advantageous Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels, internationally Experience in organising conferences and events with a keen eye for detail Experience with office moves / refurbs is desirable Resilience, assertiveness and professionalism to act as a proficient, yet respectful gate-keeper Accurate written skills with strong proofreading abilities – experience producing reports, documents and company newsletters Solid research, analysis and data collating capabilities Highly confidential nature and the ability to act with discretion Proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work proactively at pace, in an ever-changing environment Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
