Ground Operations Executive (After hours) - Bilingual

Job Description:

We are looking for a Ground Operations Executive to join the Ground Freight team. Your mission will be to coordinate and execute land transport processes, ensuring an efficient and high-quality service for our clients.

Important Information:

This is an afterhours position; the schedule we manage is from 1pm to 10pm with a one-hour lunch break. Working days are Wednesday to Sunday. An additional 1,000 MXN in grocery vouchers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate national and international land shipments.
• Monitor operations and follow up on transit times and deliveries.
• Maintain constant communication with clients, providers, and operators.
• Support the resolution of operational incidents in conjunction with other areas (KAM, Sales, Pricing, etc.).
• Review key performance indicators and support the preparation of reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and compliance with service standards.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in land operations or freight forwarding.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of documentation, transit times, and logistical processes.
• Communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
