Your tasks
- Supervise the welding team and assign daily tasks.
- Carry out and oversee welding and installation works according to drawings and specifications.
- Monitor work quality, progress and rectification works.
- Enforce site safety requirements and ensure proper use of tools and welding equipment.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and engineers to resolve site issues.
Requirements
- Relevant welding experience with experience leading a team.
- Able to read construction drawings and understand welding procedures and quality requirements.
- Responsible, with good communication and coordination skills.
- Singapore construction site experience and relevant welding certifications preferred.
