Conduct product knowledge training for both new and existing Promoters (PCs).

• Deliver product features, technologies, and Key Selling Points to ensure PCs can confidently and accurately present products to customers.
• Develop sales competencies, including product presentation, customer needs analysis, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, monitor post-training performance, and provide coaching to continuously improve sales capabilities.
• Support new product launches by organizing workshops and on-the-job training to strengthen the knowledge and skills of the sales team.

Qualifications: Proficient in Thai and English as working languages; Chinese proficiency is a plus. Minimum 1 year of experience in training or team management; fresh graduates with a strong passion for training are welcome Experience in the 3C industry (computers, communications, consumer electronics) is preferred. Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging and effective training materials.
