Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for demanding automation and robotics projects from order receipt to successful commissioning. In doing so, you will coordinate internal and external project participants, manage deadlines, costs, and quality, and ensure the smooth implementation of customer requirements.

• Understand and accept orders with regard to technical contract design, customer specifics, timeframe, delivery time, and technical feasibility
• Participation in tender negotiations for technically highly demanding projects
• Initiate and monitor new products within the team
• Technical and commercial project responsibility
• Leadership of the project team (in the plant and on the construction site) after order receipt or the project Kick-Off Meeting
• Clarify constructive solutions and costs with specialist departments
• Management of all project-relevant meetings, e.g., design meetings with customers or regular internal progress meetings
• Controlling of material, design/development costs in the project
• Supervise and ensure the creation of specifications (Lastenhefte) for tools or larger purchased components
• Obtaining necessary design approvals from the customer
• Organizing and conducting acceptances with customers and suppliers
• Conduct project review / Lessons Learned including Technical Sales
• Project handover to Service

Requirements

• Technician / University degree and/or several years of specialist experience
• Experience in project management of capital goods (robotics, welding technology, general automation)
• Business fluent English, commercial know-how
• Profound SAP + MS-Office knowledge
