Your most important tasks in this position will include: preparing offers and active communication with shipping lines, the sales department, and business partners regarding sea transport services,
participating in the process of preparing offers for sea services,
establishing and maintaining relationships with business partners, including shipping lines and Nippon Express / cargo-partner offices worldwide,
cooperation with team members and other company departments to ensure efficient execution of orders,
supporting internal and external sales representatives in preparing offers and conducting negotiations,
ensuring the correctness and completeness of data in IT systems.
Our requirements: experience in forwarding or logistics, with a particular emphasis on sea transport,
ability to prepare offers and cost calculations,
knowledge of the transport market and the principles of international sea transport,
good knowledge of English, enabling fluent business communication,
ability to conduct negotiations and build relationships with business partners,
very good self-organization of work and ability to set priorities,
accuracy and attention to detail when preparing offers and calculations,
ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic environment,
highly developed communication and teamwork skills,
good knowledge of the MS Office suite,
